A BMW driver has appeared in court over a fatal collision in the Cotswolds.
Yasen Yanev, aged 34, of Tanhouse Avenue, Birmingham is charged with causing death by dangerous driving and driving while over the legal alcohol limit.
Motorcyclist Michael Molina died following a crash in Moreton-in-Marsh High Street on the evening of Saturday, June 11. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Yanev was arrested and was found to have 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
He appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Monday, June 13.
The case was sent to Gloucester Crown Court and will be heard on July 15.
