A COTSWOLD takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
The Bengal Lancer, an Indian takeaway at 11 Market Place, Tetbury, was given the score after assessment on May 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Cotswold's 36 takeaways with ratings, 27 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
The food hygiene rating reflects the standards of food hygiene found on the date of the inspection by the local authority. The food hygiene rating is not a guide to food quality.
