There will also be a wildlife display with giant tortoises, archery, fairground rides, and a magician.

Richard Heath, director of the Hanbury Countryside Show said: “75 years ago, in 1947, the first Hanbury Show took place.

"Celebrating this historic milestone, we strive to stay close to our roots of supporting local charities and organisations while celebrating the incredible contribution that farming makes to our county.”

There is also set to be a gardeners question time, hosted by BBC’s Reg Moule in the new talk’s theatre.

The show sets out to share the importance of agriculture, horticulture, forestry, conservation and traditional rural crafts and activities to our region while enjoying a great family day out in the countryside.

Donations are made annually to the society’s chosen charities, with this year's choices being Midlands Air Ambulance and the farming charity RABI.
