"These awards aim to thank those that work hard within the city’s food industry and contribute to making England a great gastronomic place to visit," said a spokesperson for the awards.
This is the second award this year for this small family run restaurant, who received two AA Rosettes earlier this year.
Located on the towns Sheep Street, Tierra and Mar is run by husband-and-wife team, head chef, Brett Russell, 32 and front of house manager, Silvia Perez-Alcazar, 33.
Other main roles are filled by bar manager Luis Paladines while Brett works alongside trusted sous chef - Tamás Kvascsuk.
Brett said. “We were runners up last year so this shows we are moving in the right direction.
"I have some more plans for the restaurant this year with the addition of a bar menu.”
