A Cirencester man has been hit with a bill for more than £1,000 after carrying out an assault.
Daniel Pulham, of Rose Way, assaulted another man by beating in Swindon on October 17 last year.
The 28-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Swindon magistrates court on May 18.
Pulham was fined £666 and ordered to pay compensation of £200, a surcharge to fund victim services of £67, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service - leaving him with a total bill of £1,018.
