A SOLDIER from the Duke of Gloucester Barracks at South Cerney is to appear before a military court after being arrested.
Losalini Naitau, aged 39, of the Royal Logistics Corps 29 Regiment, Duke of Gloucester Barracks, South Cerney is charged with being absent without leave (AWOL) since February 2.
According to the court register, she appeared before Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 22.
The court ordered that Naitau be transferred into armed service custody.
Cases such as these are dealt with by military courts.
