A Malmesbury drug-driver has appeared in court.
Ben Wright, of Common Road, drove an Audi A3 Sport on the A429 at Crudwell on July 14 last year after having taken cannabis.
The 39-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence, as well as driving without a licence and insurance, at Swindon Magistrates Court on January 26.
Wright was banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.
He was also fined £333 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
