A Kemble man has been banned from the road after being caught drink-driving.
Arpad Stoika has been disqualified from driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to the offence.
He had 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath after driving a Ford Focus on the A419 northbound near Swindon on December 5. The legal limit is 35.
The 22-year-old was also fined £261 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service after the case was heard at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, January 11.
His driving ban will be reduced by three months if a drink-drive rehabilitation course is completed.
