Suspected drug driver arrested in the Cotswolds

Police arrested a 19-year-old man in Bourton-on-the-Water on suspicion of being in charge of a vehicle over the prescribed limit and possession of a class B drug.

A further male in the passenger seat was detained and searched and was also suspected of being in possession of a class B drug.
