A MAN has escaped with a caution after being found carrying an immitation pistol in a city centre street.
Jack Awford was caught by officers with a broken black air pistol in The Trinity, Worcester on Friday, July 23.
The 21-year-old first appeared at Worcester Justice Centre facing a charge of possessing an imitation firearm in a public place on Monday, November 1.
Magistrates decided to adjourn the case to consider a caution.
Yesterday (November 29), the bench made the decision to drop the charge against Awford, of Heritage House, The Trinity, and a caution was confirmed.
