A main road near Westonbirt has now reopened following a fatal crash yesterday morning.
Police were called to the A433 Bath Road shortly after 5am on Wednesday, November 17.
One vehicle was involved in the crash near to the entrance of Westonbirt Arboretum. They were declared dead at the scene and the next of kin and the coroner have been informed.
The road remained closed for several hours while police carried out investigations but is now open again.
Police would now like to speak to anyone with dash cam footage or who witnessed anything leading up to the crash.
