Missing Cirencester man with Alzheimer's found by member of public
A man with Alzheimer's who went missing from Cirencester this morning (Thursday) has been found safe and well.
Police had been searching for John Chambers as there was concern for his welfare, but he has now been located by a member of the public.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police said: "Police are pleased to report that missing 79-year-old John Chambers has now been found.
"He was located by a member of the public in Cirencester and is safe and well.
"Officers would like to thank everyone who shared our earlier missing person appeal."
