LONDON-trained chef Will Alexander has opened a second artisan bakery, Otis & Belle, in the Cotswolds.
The bakery, shop and café in Talbot Court, Stow-on-the-Wold follows the successful launch of his first venture in Moreton-in-Marsh in October last year.
His new venue offers a flexible service and a place where customers can relax with coffee and a snack, browse fine foods to take home or grab an early-morning croissant before their commute.
Otis & Belle is a strong advocate for the health benefits of sourdough bread, which is baked on the premises alongside Viennoiserie, patisserie and British classics.
Also on the menu are cinnamon buns, cruffins, seasonal tarts, gâteau Opera and the signature Paris-Brest.
Will studied classic French pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu London in 2011 before working at Bibendum Chelsea and rising to become head chef at Blanchette in Soho.
