A 30-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency after being seen acting suspiciously in a Cheltenham park
Police are now appealing for witnesses after was reported that a man was acting in a suspicious manner near to the bandstand in Pittville Park between 6pm and 6.30p on Friday (24 September)
Officers attended and the 30-year-old from Birmingham was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency t before later being released on bail pending further inquiries.
There were a number of people in the area at the time and investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who was there and witnessed what happened.
