THE Swindon and Cricklade Railway is hosting a military weekend next Saturday and Sunday.
The event will be held from 10am to 5pm on September 25 and from 10am to 4pm on September 26.
War-time Britain will be brought to life with a range of military vehicles, soldiers and more vintage attractions on display.
These will include a walking history tour, music from the period, a beer tent, hot and cold food, and trade stalls.
On-the-gate tickets will cost £11 for adults, £9 for children, £10 for seniors or £34 for families.
A combined day ticket lets visitors take part in the event and ride the railway's trains as well.
