The Cotswold Show has been postponed until August.
Originally due to take place on July 3 and 4, the show will now be held on August 14 and 15.
The move follows a delay in the ending of all remaining Covid restrictions, from June 21 to July 19.
All tickets already bought for the show, held at Cirencester Park, will remain valid.
A statement issued by the organisers of the event said: "In response to the Prime Minister's announcement, the organisers have taken the difficult decision to postpone The Cotswold Show until 14th and 15th August 2021."
The show, first held in 1989, remains one of the most popular events in the Cotswolds. Thousands of people usually attend, although last year's event was cancelled as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
