A proposed boundary shake-up would mean Cirencester and many other Cotswold towns are made part of an expanded North Wiltshire constituency before the next general elections.

The Boundary Commission for England proposes kicking the ‘Capital of the Cotswolds’ out of it, along with Tetbury, Fairford, Coates, Siddington and parts of Northleach.

Changes will be part of a UK-wide boundary reshuffle to standardise population sizes, with the South West region allocated three more constiuencies.

With the proposals now in the public consultation phases, we want to know what our readers think.

You can vote in our poll below and and you can post any comments you have on the boundary commission website here (they will be public).
