A force spokeswoman said: "Officers from our Roads Policing Unit removed the vehicles from a location in Gloucester at around 3.30am and are now trying to identify their rightful owners.
"Enquiries are now being followed up by the local policing team and anyone who recognises the vehicles or knows who they belong to is asked to complete the following online form quoting incident 38 of 30 April: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/cor/tell-us-about-existing-case-report/
"Information can also be submitted by calling 101 and referencing the same incident number."
