Man, 51, sentenced for assault in Fairford
A 51-YEAR-OLD has been sentenced for assaulting a man in Fairford.
Daryl Woolley, 51, Fairfax Drive, Aston, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to the assault when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on April 15.
Magistrates heard how Woolley assaulted the victim in Fairford on July 18, 2020.
Woolley was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months.
He was also ordered to pay compensation of £100, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £95 and pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
