A family had a remarkable escape after an out of control car missed them by a matter of inches.
They were driving from Cirencester to Tetbury on the A433 near Culkerton shortly before 6.30pm yesterday when a blue Peugeot rolled just past them.
The driver of the Peugeot, a man from Dorset, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving without a licence, driving whilst unfit through drink/drugs, and failing to provide a specimen and remains in police custody this morning.
Glos Police Specialist Ops tweeted: "Remarkably no one, including the driver of the blue Peugeot which rolled several times, was seriously injured.
"The family had a remarkable escape. Thank you to those who helped at the scene.
"If you witnessed what happened and have not spoken to us yet please get in touch quoting log 364 even if you saw the car before the crash."
