THE flags at Cotswold District Council's offices have been lowered to half mast in memory of the life of Captain Sir Tom Moore.
Council leader Joe Harris said: "I’ve ordered that flags be flown at half mast today above the Cotswold District Council offices as a tribute to Captain Tom Moore and all he symbolised.
"RIP Captain - what a hero."
