South Gloucestershire Councils streetcare team have been forced to close the public toilets at Tog Hill due to anti-social behaviour.
The streetcare team announced the toilets will be closed from 9am today until further notice following anti-social behaviour at the site.
The picnic site, just off the M4 junction for Bath is one of the region's most notorious dogging sites.
Gavin Ellington, owner of Ells Kitchen, an onsite takeaway service said on a Facebook post that the closure came following complaints from himself and other members of the public.
In his post he said: "This is a positive move from the council and shows they are being pro-active in the fight against anti-social behaviour on site."
