Cirencester Town have been forced to quell rumours that Manchester City are training at their ground.
The Premier League giants are in Gloucestershire to play Cheltenham Town in the FA Cup this evening.
Rumours on social media that Pep Guardiola's side were training at The Corinium in preparation for the game have been dispelled by the club, who also told fans not to turn up at the ground.
A post on the Cirencester Town Facebook page said: "Please note that Man City are not training at The Corinium today ahead of their Emirates FA Cup tie vs Cheltenham Town.
"Do not turn up at the ground as you will be turned away and respect the lockdown rules."
