A 31-YEAR-OLD man has been fined £120 after he was convicted of driving without insurance and without a valid licence.
Aslam Mooman, of Wright Road, Allanbrook, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to both offences when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 19.
Magistrates heard how Mooman was caught driving on the A419 in Cirencester, without insurance or a licence on December 17.
Mooman was fined £120, ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and costs of £45 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Eight penalty points were also added to his driving licence.
