A 79-YEAR-old woman caught drink driving in Moreton-in-Marsh has been given a 16 month ban.
Cheltenham Magistrates Court heard on January 15 that Annabel Broxham, of University Farm, Moreton-in-Marsh, was caught driving on Moreton High Street on April 6 when she had 136 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - the legal limit being 80mg.
As well as the ban Broxham was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32, and costs of £85.
