POLICE are trying to trace a young man with an electric scooter in the Bourton on the Water area.
The man, who is between 16 and 21 years old, has made off from police on his scooter on multiple occasions.
The Bourton Neighbourhood Police Team are appealing for information about the man
Anyone with any information is asked to call 101.
