A BOURTON man who drove whilst under the influence of cannabis has been banned from the roads.
Richard White, 41, of Kings Meadow, was found guilty of the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 5. White pleaded not guilty.
Magistrates heard how White drove while under the influence of cannabis on Princess Elizabeth Way, Cheltenham, on November 23, 2019.
White was banned from driving for 12 months, ordered to pay a £600 fine and costs of £835.
