POLICE issued hundreds Covid fines in Wiltshire last year.
208 fines were issued between March 27 and December 20 to those found to be breaching Covid restrictions.
Breaking coronavirus laws could result in a fixed penalty notice, starting at £200 and is the Covid equivalent of a parking ticket.
Large gatherings can be shut down by the police, with fines of up to £10,000.
Since March, over 32,000 have been issued in England and Wales.
