COTSWOLD police have issued a warning to road users after officers slid on black ice and hit a wall.
At 6am this morning officers were on patrol in a back lane between Compton Abdale and Withington when they came across some black ice.
No officers were hurt and no damage was caused to the wall.
In a tweet police said:
WARNING - BLACK ICE - There is black ice on untreated roads this morning, take care when going to work this morning.
