Police have hit out at fly-tippers who dumped a huge trail of rubbish around villages in North Wiltshire.
Officers in Malmesbury took to Facebook this week to reveal several instances of fly-tipping while patrolling nearby villages.
Swan Lane, Leigh, near Minety, is just one of the areas that was blighted by fly-tippers.
A spokesman for Malmesbury Police said: "Please report any instances of fly-tipping on the My Wiltshire App and be vigilant for any suspicious vehicles out and about particularly tipper vans.
"If you witness fly-tipping in progress, keep yourself safe and if possible make a note of the location and vehicle involved and pass this onto the council.
"However, if fly-tipping is obstructing the highway please call us.
"Please be responsible for your rubbish. If you are having someone remove your rubbish it is your responsibility to check whether they have a waste carriers license.
"Like with most things if a deal feels that it's too good to be true then it probably is."
