A MALMESBURY man who was caught over the drink-drive limit has been banned from driving for two years.
Jack Lee, 34, of Arches Lane, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol when he appeared before Swindon Magistrates Court on November 25.
He also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified from driving and driving without insurance.
Lee was stopped in his car on Tetbury Lane, Malmesbury, on February 25, this year.
He was found to have 217 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, the legal limit being 80 milligrams.
Lee was ordered to pay a £88 fine and costs totalling £175.
