A 30-YEAR-OLD Cirencester woman motorist caught at the wheel whilst more than twice over the alcohol limit has been disqualified from driving by magistrates in Cheltenham.
Jessica Heaven of Sperringate pleaded guilty on Monday, November 16, to driving on Stepstairs Lane, Cirencester, on October 15, with 72 microgrammes of alcohol on her breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
She was banned for 19 months, fined £800 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £80 - making a total financial penalty of £965.
