Plans for the Rowden Lane road closure
Part of a residential street in Chippenham is to closed for four days in December so roadworks can be carried out.
Rowden Lane will be closed between Monday, December 14 and December 18 to all traffic from number four for around 30 meters.
The road will be shut to allow Wessex Water to carry out repairs to mains leak.
A spokesman for Wiltshire Council said: "No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible.
"Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works."
