WILTSHIRE: Sebastian Lucas, 18, of Silver Street Lane, Trowbridge, pleaded not guilty to a charge of being knowingly concerned in the importation of 3.24g of heroin on May 9, 2020. He was bailed for the trial at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on February 17, 2021.

SWINDON: Wiltshire Police were given permission to keep £6,350 cash seized from Michael O’Driscoll, 21, under the Proceeds of Crime Act. O’Driscoll, of Wilcox Close, Gorse Hill, had opposed the application for forfeiture of the cash.

WROUGHTON: Claire Hupko, 32, of Barcelona Crescent, admitted assaulting a man on February 28, 2020, causing him grievous bodily harm. She was sentenced to six months imprisonment suspended for two years with a requirement to complete 20 rehabilitation activity days. She must pay £500 surcharge and £85 costs.

SWINDON: Cliffard D’Costa, 38, of Portsmouth Street, admitted careless driving. He was given five penalty points and fined £207. He must pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

PARK NORTH: Shane Bishop, 27, of Bentley Close, was found guilty in his absence of failing to give information relating to the driver of a Fiat Punto in December last year. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £176 in costs and surcharge.

PURTON: Angus Chick, 69, of Highridge Close, pleaded guilty to driving a Mazda Mx5 carelessly on Coped Hall roundabout on September 25 last year. He was fined £122, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

M4: Brigette Barnes, 61, of Wigan Terrace, Bridgend, admitted speeding in a Porsche Carrera on September 1 last year between junctions 17 and 16. She was fined £704, given six points, and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

PURTON: Alan Lawson, 41, of Reids Piece, admitted failing to stop for an officer on the Coped Hall roundabout on September 25 last year. He was fined £380 and ordered to pay £148 in costs and surcharge.

WROUGHTON: Robert Bradshaw, 34, of Pengreen Lane, Corby, pleaded guilty to carelessly driving a Ford Transit on the A4361 in Wroughton on October 1 last year. He was fined £500, ordered to pay £110 costs and a £50 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

TOOTHILL: Kelly Parker, 44, of Westminster Road, admitted speeding on Great Western Road on August 13, 2019. She was fined £300, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £110 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.

M4: Tomos Nash, 26, of Knox Road, Cardiff, was given six points and fined £293 after he admitted speeding in a BMW 320D on the M4 near Swindon on October 20 last year. He must pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

M4: Brendan Scott, 34, of York Road, Gravesend, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit without insurance on the M4 near Swindon on September 12, 2019. He was banned from driving for six months, fined £133 and ordered to pay £142 in costs and surcharge.
