A CAR was flipped onto its side after it skidded in heavy rain.
It happened on the A34 at Bullington Cross, just north of Winchester.
Hampshire police's roads team said the incident occurred after the driver aquaplaned on the road.
Officers were also on the scene for another crash at Bullington Cross, this time on the A303 Westbound.
Again, the roads team said the vehicle aquaplaned, causing the car to smash into a road sign.
Drivers in both incidents sustained 'minor injuries', the force confirmed.
