A 46 year old man accused of having Class A drugs in Cirencester with intent to supply has been sent for jury trial at Gloucester Crown Court.
John Goscombe of Grove St, Cheltenham, appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates on October 13, charged with having 13.495 grams of diamorphine (heroin) with intent to supply to others on April 9, 2018.
He was also charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine in the town on the same date.
And he faced a third charge of possession of 0.180 grams of cocaine, also on April 9, 2018 in Cirencester.
The magistrates directed jury trial and granted him unconditional bail pending his first appearance before the crown court on November 12.
