Blockley Little Village Hall has reopened its doors after carrying out a thorough Covid-19 risk assessment and installing health safeguards.

The heritage building’s intimate environment provides a very useful “hideaway” workspace for people working from home who need privacy and freedom from domestic distractions.

The hall’s capacity remains restricted, with no more than 12 people able to use the building at one time.

The hall is fully equipped with Wi-Fi suitable for online video meetings, as well as modern audio visual equipment. It also has an excellent kitchen.

The hall may also provide useful facilities for supervised children’s activities, including wraparound care and playgroups.

“We continue to embrace all the latest government guidelines,” said chairman Robert Willott.

“The safety of hirers remains of paramount importance.”
