A TETBURY man who drove whilst under the influence of cannabis has been banned from the roads.
Mark Morrison, 36, of Doughton, Tetbury, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on September 19.
Magistrates heard how Morrison drove a Dodge Caliber on Bridgeside, Stroud, on January 16 whilst under the influence of cannabis.
He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and insurance.
Morrison was banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £237.
