CHEDWORTH Parish Council has obtained planning consent for an increase in the size of the proposed storage shed for parish and drama equipment following a request from the Horticultural Society for space within the building.
Council chairman Mrs Ros Jess drew up the plans and submitted the application on behalf of the council.
AN appeal against the refusal of planning permission for up to five houses at Fair Haven Fields Road has been lodged. Application reference: 20/01189/PLP.
The appeal will be on the basis of written representations.
A RETROSPECTIVE application for the retention of the Gigaclear advertising sign at the village hall has been submitted to Cotswold District Council ref no 20/02868/ADV and comments can be made through the Cotswold District Council planning website.
THE parish council has agreed to make a donation of £5,000 to the village hall committee towards the cost of double glazing.
The village hall committee has now cancelled all bookings except pre school until the new year.
