A CIRENCESTER woman has been fined for illegally claiming payments over a two year period.
Jacqueline Gwinnett, 61, of Masefield Road, illegally claimed payments for 46 weeks between March 2017 and January 2019.
Gwinnett failed to notify the Department for Work Pensions of a change of circumstances in which she was undertaking paid employment over and above the permitted work level of hours and earnings.
Magistrates fined Gwinnett £210 when she appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on August 27. She was also ordered to pay costs of £115.
