A man is due before the magistrates’ this morning charged with driving offences and handling stolen goods – after a motorcycle crash on Sunday.
Liam Phillips, 20, of Filton Road, Bristol, has been charged with dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and handling stolen goods.
It follows a crash in Headlands Grove, Pinehurst, on Sunday afternoon. A KTM motorcycle struck a parked BMW, throwing the rider to the floor.
Phillips faces a second charge of handling stolen goods, relating to cigarette lighters, papers and vape materials taken from The Lazy Frog Company in 2017, and an allegation of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
He has been remanded by the police and is due before Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning.
