ANYTIME Fitness at Five Valleys in Stroud will reopen its doors to members on Saturday from 6am following a change to government advice.

The gym will be open daily from 6am-10pm and members will have access to personal training sessions, free weights, functional training and cardio equipment.

Anytime Fitness at Five Valleys has been closed to the public for the past 18 weeks following government guidelines, but the team are now looking ahead and working hard to reopen safely this weekend.

New safety measures have been introduced in the gym to ensure the safety of members and staff.

These include a full, deep clean of the gym every hour, a limited capacity inside the gym of 35 people (including staff) and a queuing system on the door.

Members will also now be required to book one hour training slots via the Workouts app.

Shower facilities will remain open, however time spent in them will be included in the allocated one hour time slot.

Five Valley’s Centre Manager, Dionne Moore said: “We are really pleased that Anytime Fitness are now able to reopen to members after an 18 week closure due to the lock down.

“Exercise is key to maintaining good physical and mental well-being, which is more important than ever right now, so we are really happy that the Anytime Fitness team and members can get back to the gym and back to being active!”

Members can book their one hour training slot via the Workouts app from Wednesday 22nd July. To find out more about Anytime Fitness at Five Valleys please visit https://www.anytimefitness.co.uk/gyms/uk-0119/stroud-south-west-gl5-1qa/
