AN AVENING man who was caught over the drink-drive limit has been banned from driving for three years.
Thomas Sadler, 30, of Sunground, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on July 3.
He was stopped in his car on London Road, Stroud, on June 4.
Sadler was found to have 63 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was banned from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £635.
