A MAN has been injured after crashing a hang glider near Malvern.
The man was taken to hospital after he fell 10 feet trying to take off from Perseverance Hill, Upper Wyche shortly after midday today (June 25).
An ambulance, paramedic and Midlands Air Ambulance critical care unit were sent to the scene.
A WMAS spokesman said: "On arrival, the crew were told that the man had fallen about 10-12 feet.
"He had suffered a number of injuries but was able to walk back to the ambulance where he was fully assessed.
"After treatment he was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital."
