Former mayor of Malmesbury Tom Winch has sadly passed away in Athelstan House.
Tom was a long standing councillor of Malmesbury Town Council and was mayor of Malmesbury in 1977.
He and his wife Jane were members of the Twinning Society and both had a deep interest in the history of Malmesbury.
Malmesbury Town Council and the residents of Malmesbury send their condolences to Tom’s family.
