As Mayor of Wotton-under-Edge, I am writing on behalf of the Town Council to express my thanks to all the traders in the town who were able to remain open during the lock-down period and provide an essential service to the community.
As the Covid-19 restrictions are relaxed it will be more important than ever to give business to our high street shops and help sustain them in this difficult financial climate.
I am sure that all residents who have relied on these vital local services will wish to join me in showing our appreciation and support, hopefully, by continuing to shop locally.
