A STEADY stream of shoppers returned to Tetbury on Monday as non-essential stores opened for the first time since the end of March.
Cotswold District Council Cllr for Tetbury With Upton Richard Norris said: "It was really positive to meet and listen to so many businesses.
"Good luck to all our local businesses reopening after 12 weeks of lockdown.
"A lot of planning has taken place and measures introduced to help keep us safe and remain confident in shopping local."
