A MAN has been charged for upskirting in TK Maxx in Gloucester.
Following authorisation from the Crown Prosecution Service, Gloucestershire Constabulary has charged Lee Hawthorne, 40, of Abbeydale, Gloucester with an upskirting offence under s67(A)(1) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
The charge relates to an alleged incident of upskirting in TK Maxx on Northgate Street in Gloucester on Thursday 27 June last year.
Mr Hawthorne will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on 3 September.
