Officers scrambled to reports of a disturbance in Eastcott this afternoon.
Two police vans and a patrol car could be seen parked on Crombey Street. Police officers were photographed at a garden gate.
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said the force had been called at around 3pm to reports of a disturbance on Eastcott Hill.
“Officers arrived at an address and spoke to a resident giving words of advice. No offence had been committed,” he said.
