A CIRENCESTER man has been given an electronic tag and placed under curfew after he was caught drink-driving.
Nathan Blythe, 54, of Ashcroft Gardens, Cirencester Park, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on May 7.
Magistrates heard how Blythe was stopped by police on Hammond Way, Cirencester, on April 13, this year.
Blythe was found to have 90 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was given a eight-week curfew with electronic monitoring which prevents him leaving the house between 8pm and 7am.
He was also banned from holding a licence for three years and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £180.
